Elmer 1940s Flag Pin

Unique flag pin with “Elmer” etched in silver and surrounded by rose gold detailed flag. Old C clasp. Measures 1 ¼ x 1 ½ inches. This is probably from the 1940s and is a lovely tribute pin.
